Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to attractions like Ovens Auditorium and Bojangles Colosseum, but the surroundings felt a bit sketchy. The rooms were a letdown, with a musty smell and an old, run-down appearance. On the plus side, the service was attentive and friendly, with staff members remembering details from my check-in. The dining options were disappointing, not matching the advertised photos. However, the hotel stands by its environmental principles, opting not to renovate to reduce waste.
I found the hotel rooms beautiful and just perfect for comfort after a long day’s work at the back of the hotel. They were clean, but unfortunately, the temperature stayed at an uncomfortable 80 degrees all night. The service was excellent, with friendly staff making my stay SO very awesome. The location was nice, conveniently right off of the highway and close to the coliseum. However, being so close to Ovens Auditorium meant having to navigate through crowds smoking outside. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, as it did not look like the photos and was a tad expensive. The facilities were offer, but pad thai was the only thing missing.
The hotel had a convenient location next to the Bojangles Coliseum and uptown, making it great for attending events. While the rooms were dark and gloomy, the friendly service tried to make up for it but fell short due to rudeness over a room issue. The dining options were limited and overpriced, missing the mark in terms of value.
